Due to your efforts, we knew all the areas in Nevada County that we would consider living in, and were able to focus on those areas specifically. You explained things way beyond what might be expected, including wells, snow levels, setbacks, zoning, termites, traffic, roofing, decking, and if you didn’t know an answer to a question, you went and found out! We appreciated all your honesty and candidness, even when it might have meant losing a sale. All these things make a great agent, and you turned out to be quite a catch!

With Shari as our RE Agent twice, it was confirmed that she is exactly what anyone needs in a RE Agent. She is delightful and patient when we are looking for houses, through all our changes in what we were looking for. But she also knows when it is time to get serious. When things get overwhelming, she is on it, clear, and in control. There is no nonsence with Shari. In a time that can be very hard to deal with, she knows when it\'s time to get tough for you, and when its time to be patient to get you the best deal and the best experience in buying property.
