Western Nevada County offers four distinct seasons - just about the time you get tired of one, the next season glides gently in. And with the variation in elevation from 800 feet to over 4,000 feet, you pick the climate that is most comfortable for you: snowy winters and cooler summers, mild winters and warmer summers, or an even mix.
